- MMMichalMar 16, 20261.0Visited this place at least x times over the years, and on every single occasion the staff were rude or arrogant, unwilling to answer simple questions like “when is the next collection?” or anything else. They maybe don’t realise there are plenty of other postal services in the area, nobody’s desperate for their dump. I’ve avoided these cowboys for months now and my life is much happier since, lol.

When I told them I didn’t want to use parcelforce it wasn’t an issue and they quoted me in line with the post office rates. The stacking of boxes everywhere is a bit haphazard but ultimately my parcel was delivered on time. They were the only ones in the area open on a Sunday even if collection didn’t happen until Monday but that meant I didn’t have to go there on a workday. I found the guys to be friendly - maybe it depends on who you interact with and at what time. Thank you guys.
